Location in Boise, ID
JD for Avaya resource:

Administration and configuration of Avaya Aura System manager and Session
Manager.
Good knowledge on Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.0
Good hands on experience of Avaya S87XX, Avaya G3Si, Avaya S8300, Avaya
S8500, G450, G650, G700 & Intuity Audix
Good Hands on experience in programming and implementation ACD and Contact
center.
Good knowledge & hands on experience of programming & implementing Intuity
Audix.
Good knowledge of call Reporting (CMS).
Good hands on experience of Routing and implementing IP/TDM Trunk.
Good knowledge & hands on experience of configuring Avaya Conference bridge
server.
Have good hands on experience of integrating multi vendor products. (Pref.
Avaya, Cisco & Nortel).
Have hands on experience for configuring & troubleshooting Avaya call
routing issue.
Have hands on experience for configuring & troubleshooting of "Witness/call
copy" call logger.
Have hands on experience for configuring & troubleshooting CMS.
