Role: Oracle 11g  DB Architect

Location: NJ

Duration: 6+ Months

 

 

 

Job Description:

·                     Oracle 11g DB

·                     OLTP & OLAP system

·                     Database Modeling

·                     ETL tool

 

Skill1 - Database Architecting (L1)

Responsible for suggesting new and emerging technologies and translating the same into business applicability. Ability to manage complex database back-up and recovery systems. Conduct trend analysis on performance and growth. Conduct training for users and DBAs on organization-wide programs and best practices. Responsible for refining the 'logical design' so that it can be translated into a specific data model and further refining the 'physical design' to meet system storage requirements. Plan data flows for a new or revised database.


Skill2 - Database Internals and Architecture (L2)

All of Level 1 capabilities, with thorough understanding of atleast one relational database system, Concepts around OLTP and Decision processor; Ability to design and implement features as required for the database
