Role: Data Validation (testing) Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Bloomington, IL

Relevant Expereince: 5-7 yrs

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:

• Ability to communicate promptly, clearly and effectively.

• Strong relationship-building skills, adaptable and flexible

• Strong SQL knowledge (with DB2 experience preferred) is a must;

• Past data migration/conversion experience including a good understanding of data mappings (source to target field mappings), migration rules etc.

• Create test conditions to match data mappings and migration rules (as available in Master Data Workbook and additional requirements)

• Populate test cases with source data (either through querying source database or accessing source files in Unix server) and target data from Sales Force (using SOQL queries)

• Experience using TestLink (to store test requirements, test cases), Trac (defect management) or similar tools

• Basic Unix skills a must

• Nice to have Sales Force knowledge (using SOQL, Workbench etc.)

• Provide test design/execution status in timely manner

• Proactively identify and escalate issues, constraints, limitations to the Test Manager etc
