Sr. Level Software Engineering Developer
12+ month contract
Marlborough, MA
Under general direction formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Able to solve complex problems and devises or modifies procedures to solve problems. Prepares detailed specs which will be used to program. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and maintaining those programs. Participates in all levels of the systems development life cycle (SDLC). Responsible for directing other team members and may act as a project coordinator. Has experience with state of the art application development support software packages and proficiency in at least 2 higher level programming languages. Knowledge of the SDLC, client areas functions and systems.

The skills – ORM Framework (i.e MS Entity Framework/NHibernate), Dependency Injection Framework, JQuery, AJAX, SOA – are mentioned as
Mandatory skills in the Job Requirements.
Regarding MVC & XML Web Services (Mandatory skills)
Phone screen first then another intense second technical screen. If you pass the initial screen you are 80% there. A final face to face will be a bunch of people interviewing
5-6 years is ok but they have to be awesome.
Candidate needs to be strong in all layers of front end, backend and middleware
Industry Exp: Does not matter - products they are working on are around document storage so this type of background is beneficial
