Job Description:
(What will the NPW do on that project?)
High-level application design, detailed system design specifications,
coding. Responsible for the performance of any/all functions involved in
the development and/or maintenance of new or existing applications. Using
programming language and technology, writes code, completes programming and
documentation, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements
and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer
programs. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or
necessary modification.

Responsible for the quality of assigned functions for the SPP application.
Reviews system requirements for the features and writes high-level
scenarios that need to be tested. Writes detailed test cases and reviews
test cases that are written by others. Executes test cases. Review results
of test cases that were executed by others. May interact with users while
supporting user acceptance testing.
