Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Design & Development duties will include

·  Designing and developing Tridion templates and other Tridion application configurations to develop content management solution in Tridion platform.

·  Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues

·  Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles

·  Interact with other technology groups as needed

·  Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions

·  Supporting the live application in the production environment

Skill, Experience & General information Required:

Basic Technical Requirements

·  Overall 6 plus years of development background.

·  Strong experience in ECM technology/domain area.

·  Tridion Development, especially template development (2 years plus).

·  Documentum or other content management experience is preferred.

Desirable Skills

·  Experience as technical lead, handling small team of developers.

·  Experience working with off-shore is preferred.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·  Exposure to the Insurance domain is preferred.
