Business Analyst/ Consultant Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 1-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Business Analyst/Consultant Senior Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 8 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
MGCB requires that you pass a drug test prior to beginning work. MGCB will also perform a criminal history and financial background check prior to work beginning. Contractors will need to complete and submit an annual Financial Disclosure and Affirmation statement. • While working with MGCB, you are prohibited from participating in casino gaming or horse racing in the State of Michigan, including Indian gaming facilities, and at any affiliates of such casinos or licensees in any other state or jurisdiction.
