We are currently Looking on Java Software Engineer. Below are the details:

 

Role: Java Software Engineer.

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 3-6 months

 

The Software Engineer will be assigned projects related to the shopping, sale and processing of travel reservations. This will involve developing interfaces to travel suppliers, creating automated routines to process reservations, construction of rules systems and other systems related to travel. This position will report to our Development Manager and is based in Mountain View, CA.

Any experience in working in the travel and transport industry with either: a GDS, an online travel agency, an airline, or travel technology company is a PLUS.

 

Qualifications

o     Minimum BS in computer science or related. MS preferred

o     3-5+ years software development experience in OOD

o     Experience with Java

o     Spring Framework

o     Strong knowledge of MySQL, Hibernate, JUnit and JBOSS

o     Experience with eclipse and linux OS.

o     SVN/code management

Good to have but not required:

o     Experience with Travel Domain is a plus

 

Job Responsibilities

o     Complete a variety of travel software design and development tasks

o     Work on GDS and direct connect integration projects

o     Develop complex rules and automated procedures in our travel middleware environment

o     Develop new travel features to be exposed in our websites (dynamic packaging, calendar searches, etc.)
