Position: PERFORMANCE ANALYST - UC and LAN/WAN

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills*

PERFORMANCE ANALYST =96 Will be focused on UC TMO Performance & Capacity work, and other UC projects needing performance analyst.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Perform a performance analysis and tuning role for UC and LAN/WAN solutions.

Utilize skills to identify optimization opportunities, isolate the cause of the problem and work with the responsible teams to implement the resolution.

Utilize a variety of industry standard tooling and reporting mechanisms to identify software and infrastructure needed tuning.

Help design and develop tuning recommendations.

Experience with performance and capacity data and modeling, and associated tooling.

Producing and maintaining performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS:  

2-6 years of IT Systems and Network experience.

2 or more years of experience in triaging performance and availability problems on wide scale

2 or more years of experience working on cross disciplinary teams to find the root cause of system problems. "

Total Years of work experience: 4-6yrs

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Bloomington, IL
