Subject Matter expert on Cisco Unified Call Manager 8.5 Clusters
Good Hands on experience and understands and identifies the Issues related to ICM and provide resolution immediately.
Capable to understand the Avaya Scripts and develop the Scripts in Cisco ICM
Knowledge and Hands on experience in Cisco Unified Voice Portal
Knowledge on CUSP, Unity Voicemail Servers, Peripheral Gateway, SRST, CTIOS.
Basic Knowledge on Verint Call recording System
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills :
Development and Implementation Experince on Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact management Enterprise 8.5
Experience : 4 to 6 Yrs
Duration : 6 Months
