Role : L2 PC Operations and Onsite Technical Support
Required Technical Skill Set : IMAC activities, Windows XP/Windows 7, Troubleshooting, Application Troubleshooting, Hardware Support

Desired Experience Range : 4 to 6 Yrs
Location of Requirement Englewood, CO (Denver Area)

Primary Skills
1.Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7).
2.Basic application troubleshooting knowledge.
3.A+ Certification
4.Good Hands on Experience in IMAC activities.
5.Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques.
6.Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN)
7.Good hands on experience in Hardware Support. (Printers, Laptops, desktop,Mobile devices) 8.Excellent communication skills.
9.Good Customer/Vendor handling skills.
10.Experience in HP laptop hardware.
11.Troubleshooting desktop client applications like Siebel, etc 12.Call center users support for Phones and Head sets.
Secondary Skills:
1.Good understanding of Incident and Request Management(ITIL-Framework).
2.ITIL Certification.
