Role: Module Lead       *

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills

5+ years of HP BAC implementation, support and development Experience

Minimum ITIL foundation certification/knowledge

Experience on latest version of HP BAC

Good communication skills

Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science

At least 10 years of IT industry experience

At least 3+ y experience in supporting the server & application monitoring environment comprising of HP  Sitescope , HP BAC, HP RUM, HP Diagnostics

Experience with Vugen / Loadrunner script development

Experience in configuration of monitors and alerts within BAC and Generate BAC Management reports

Experience in installation and configuration of HP OMi

Experience on configuration of Event Correlation in HP OMi

Experience in creating accurate documentation and assist in project work as required

Exposure to Unix and Windows Operating Systems

Experience with other monitoring tools (SCOM, Solar winds, VSM, etc)

Experience in generating reports and analyzing data

Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work under minimal supervision
