SKILLS REQUIRED: We're seeking a well-rounded, Senior QA Automation Engineer who has demonstrated success at testing modern Web 2.0 style user interfaces as well as web services (SOAP & REST) and distributed batch processing services. If you have written and automated test plans for commercial grade web-based applications and love technology challenges then we would like to talk with you. We don't think our ideal candidates will have a specific set of acronyms on their resume; generally, we're looking for the following from qualified applicants: • 8+ Years of experience writing and automating test plans for interactive web applications (not just company web sites), web service APIs and batch processing systems. • Deep experience using Selenium, JMeter or other open source testing tools. • Experience designing, documenting and executing load tests. • Extensive experience with Jira bug tracking system. • Proven success in working with non-technical audiences to oversee and document the outcomes of user reviews and user acceptance tests. • Extensive experience in overseeing the work of other QA Engineers. • Extensive experience working with Product Managers and Engineering as part of the product planning and requirements definition process. • Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM in particular. • Experience building test plans from User Stories. • Experience testing site internationalization. • |
